    • Returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
  • Items purchased during sale events or marked as "non-refundable" are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

    • Order ID
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos or videos of the defect/damage, if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as store credit or transferred to your bank account after verification.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by delivery issues.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.
