 Customers may return any item purchased on SinraShop.com within 7 days of receipt if the product is:

 Defective or damaged.

 Not as described or shown in the listing.

 Incorrect in size, color, or design.

 Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Process

Customers wishing to return an item must initiate the return process through SinraShop.com’s customer service portal.

Once the return request is approved, SinraShop.com will arrange for the item to be picked up from the customer’s location.

The customer will not be charged for the return shipping.

4. Seller Responsibilities

 Sellers must accept all returns that meet the eligibility criteria at no cost to the customer.

 The cost of return shipping will be borne by the seller.

 Sellers must inspect the returned item upon receipt to verify that it meets the return criteria set    out in this policy.

5. Refunds

 Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, SinraShop.com will process the refund to the customer.

 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer.

 The refund amount will include the full price of the returned item and any associated shipping costs initially paid by the customer.

6. Quality Control

 

 Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products listed on SinraShop.com meet highquality standards.

 Any item found to be defective, damaged, or not as described must not be sent to customers.

 SinraShop.com reserves the right to withhold payouts or take further action if a seller consistently fails to meet quality standards.

7. Non Disclosure of Seller Information

 Sellers must not disclose their brand name, contact information, or any other identifying details on the products, packaging, or during the delivery process.

 All returns will be handled through SinraShop.com’s customer service, ensuring that the seller’s identity remains confidential.

8. Return Disputes

 If there is a dispute regarding the condition of a returned item, the final decision will be made by SinraShop.com after reviewing the evidence provided by both the customer and the seller.

 SinraShop.com’s decision in such matters will be final and binding.

9. Amendments

 SinraShop.com reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes and must agree to the updated terms to continue selling on the platform.

10. Governing Law

 This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
